Heritage Hotel and Suites

The gentleman who worked the desk was especially friendly and courteous. When we could not get the tv to work or needed the refrigerator to be a bit cooler, he came up immediately and corrected the issues. Our room was clean, close to the stairs. There was an elevator. We were not there long enough to really take advantage of other amenities, but we would definitely choose to stay at the Heritage Hotel again. (The outside waterfall was a beautiful surprise to view.) I also appreciated the reasonable price of the room.

Liked nearly everything. Hotel was "kinda tucked away" behind a couple of other businesses, toward the back of a parking lot, which made us a little apprehensive at first, but our concern dissipated upon entering parking and entering the hotel.

Very reasonably priced, fast check in, comfortable beds. Great service. I accidentally left a set of keys in the room, and the staff went out of their way to mail them across the country to me. We were on a long road trip and basically just needed a place to sleep, so it was nice that the hotel was close to the interstate with many restaurant options nearby.

The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean, the TV was large, check in and out were easy

The hotel is very nice. The lobby area with fireplace is beautiful and the rooms were spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
